Your Key Responsibilities
Some of your key duties will include:
  • Conducting assessments and developing care plans that cater to the unique needs of our residents.
  • Delivering tailored care services that promote independence and well-being.
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or changes in resident status.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Salary and Package
We offer a highly competitive salary of £11.90 per hour, full and part-time hours available, and a comprehensive benefits package, including occupational sick pay, employee advice service, wellbeing resources, and a contributory pension plan.
