About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at GRAHAM ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling
  • Manage and control project resources, including subcontractors and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and health, safety, environmental, and quality management protocols
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, designers, and project team members
  • Chair regular project progress meetings and compile progress reports
  • Manage and monitor subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements
  • Deliver projects to a high standard of quality and workmanship
  • Ensure adherence to site-specific project protocols and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Project Management role, with a track record of delivering commercial projects
  • Strong communication and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Experience in the delivery of projects up to a value of £1 million
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple concurrent projects
  • Knowledge of NEC 4 contracts and ability to plan and programme projects using MS Project
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent presentation skills
