Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager Grants to lead our ongoing grant-funded projects and fundraise for new projects. As a key member of our team at MP Recruitment, you will be responsible for the overall management of drug development grant-funded projects for a portfolio of UK-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage project budgets and finances to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a grant-funded environment
  • Strong business development and fundraising skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
