Job Title: Senior Training Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Training Officer to join our team at bet365. As a Senior Training Officer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training and eLearning solutions that complement the specific capabilities of colleagues working in our technical and facilities teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage with technology and facilities managers to identify required learning and management development needs, making recommendations for change where appropriate.
  • Design new learning and training interventions and produce materials in accordance with the needs of the department and stakeholders.
  • Deliver effective training modules to people at all levels, including Senior Management.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing learning and training interventions and materials based on established principles and models.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of research and trends within the learning and development sector.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of developing personal and interpersonal skills across diverse teams.
  • Experience of designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive and effective management and leadership development programmes.
  • Ability to present verbally and non-verbally through a variety of formats.
  • Self-motivated with the desire to develop and motivate others.
  • Demonstrable experience of influencing at a senior level.
