Job Title: Senior Training Officer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Training Officer to join our team at bet365. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training and eLearning solutions that meet the needs of our technical and facilities teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with technology and facilities managers to identify learning and development needs, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Design and develop new learning interventions and materials, ensuring they meet the needs of our department and stakeholders.
  • Deliver effective training modules to employees at all levels, including senior management.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing learning interventions and materials, using established principles and models.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in the learning and development sector.

Requirements
  • Experience of developing personal and interpersonal skills across diverse teams.
  • Proven track record of designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive management and leadership development programs.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to develop and motivate others.
  • Demonstrable experience of influencing at a senior level.
