About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Training Officer to join our team at bet365. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training and eLearning solutions that meet the needs of our technical and facilities teams.

Main Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with technology and facilities managers to identify learning and development needs, and develop recommendations for improvement.
* Design and deliver effective training modules for employees at all levels, including senior management.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training interventions and materials, and make recommendations for improvement.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in the learning and development sector.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in training and development, with a focus on management and leadership development.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and improve training interventions.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
