Job Title: Senior Training Officer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Training Officer to join our team at bet365. As a Senior Training Officer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training and eLearning solutions that meet the specific needs of our technical and facilities teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Engage with technology and facilities managers to identify learning and development needs, making recommendations for change where appropriate.
  • Design new learning and training interventions, producing materials in accordance with departmental and stakeholder needs.
  • Deliver effective training modules to people at all levels, including Senior Management.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing learning and training interventions and materials based on established principles and models.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of research and trends within the learning and development sector.

Requirements
  • Experience of developing personal and interpersonal skills across diverse teams.
  • Experience of designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive and effective management and leadership development programmes.
  • Ability to present verbally and non-verbally through a variety of formats.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to develop and motivate others.
  • Demonstrable experience of influencing at a senior level.
