Job Role: Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with daily routines and personal care. You will also have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Support residents with daily routines and personal care
  • Assist with activities and events to promote social interaction and engagement
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
