Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily routines and personal care, including washing, bathing, and toileting
- Assist with medication administration and management
- Encourage independence and participation in activities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
