Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care, including washing, bathing, and toileting
• Assist with daily routines, such as dressing and grooming
• Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage in social interactions
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition or behavior
• Work collaboratively with other care team members to ensure seamless care delivery
