Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable caregivers to join our team in Arundel, UK. As a Paediatric Healthcare Assistant/Driver, you will provide high-quality care to children with complex needs, including those with cerebral palsy, PEG-feeding, NIV, and epilepsy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to children with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Administer medication and perform medical procedures as required
  • Monitor and report any changes in the child's condition
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care work, preferably with children with complex needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
