Head of Revenue Development

We are seeking an experienced Head of Revenue Development to join our team at Flat Fee Recruiter. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the internal and external sales teams to drive revenue growth across England.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in developing and executing business plans to achieve revenue targets. You will be responsible for managing a team of five external sales representatives and implementing sales strategies to grow the business throughout the UK.
