Walker Cole International is searching for a Head of IT to join a pharmaceutical company based in the Greater London. As the Head of IT you will lead the IT group and external outsourced service providers. The role will come with full autonomy to implementstrategy and develop a talent group of IT professionals.

As the Head of IT, your responsibilities will be:

- Working with operational leaders to implement strategy and day-to-day effectiveness
- Manage, Coach and develop a team of IT professionals
- Support internal customers with IT business partnering
- Deliver IT services across a multi-site corporate and manufacturing organisation including business systems and infrastructure
- Ensure IT security and cyber security is implemented and maintained to the highest industry standards
- As the Head of IT, you will ensure continuous improvement methodologies are being utilised to drive efficiencies and cost effectiveness.

To be a successful applicant for the Head of IT, you will have the folllowing:

- Degree educated
- Industry experience in Professional Services, Pharmaceutical or High Value Manufacturing
- Work experience as a IT leader with broad skills across IT services.
- Varied business systems exposure would be advantageous.
