Responsibilities:

* Capture, review, and challenge consumer committee and forum materials
\\
* Facilitate key Consumer Duty governance committees
\\
* Lead the ongoing programme of governance improvement across the Risk Office and wider business
\\
* Analyse insights identified across multiple sources and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders
\\
Requirements:
\\
* Strong understanding of customers, customer regulation, and Consumer Duty
\\
* Proven experience in analysing qualitative and quantitative data and providing key insights
\\
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate and influence a wide range of people
\\
* Ability to lead and manage complex projects with strong organisational skills
