Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator to take on a leadership role in our Geography Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a high-quality curriculum, leading a team of teachers, and ensuring excellent teaching and learning practices.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about education, has a strong understanding of the Geography curriculum, and can motivate and inspire students and staff to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Geography curriculum that aligns with national standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of Geography teachers to ensure excellent teaching and learning practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to education.
  • Motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Geography curriculum and its application in a school setting.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students and staff.
Salary Range

A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 (MPS3 - UPS3 + TLR), dependent on experience.
