Exciting Facilities Maintenance Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Jobwise Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the overall management of plant and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of planned preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Manager and Assistant FM to ensure day-to-day operational efficiency and effective maintenance practices.
  • Assist with the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance programs to ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Ensure the correct storage and control of consumable materials, equipment, and services in accordance with company procedures.
  • Adhere to method statements and safe working practices to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Optimize resource utilization to ensure efficient use of time and materials.
  • Maintain high standards of work quality and complete tasks within designated timeframes.

Requirements:

  • Facilities maintenance experience with a strong understanding of plant and equipment management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues and management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
