As a Senior Sales Executive, you'll drive revenue growth by developing innovative sales strategies and selling advertising space across our growing portfolio.
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
Job Description:This is a full-time, remote role that involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing a small sales team, and identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Innovative Sales Strategies: Develop and implement plans to drive revenue growth and expand our market reach.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, attending virtual or in-person meetings and events to foster engagement.
- Team Management: Manage and motivate a small sales team, setting targets, providing coaching, and monitoring performance.
- New Revenue Opportunities: Identify and introduce digital-first solutions to both new and existing clients.
We're looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You should have expertise in managing, coaching, and motivating sales teams, as well as knowledge of the Jewish community and local/ethnic media landscape.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite is essential.
