About the Role

The Communications Manager will play a key role in shaping the global communications strategy for Gentrack, a leading provider of innovative cleantech solutions to utilities worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global communications plans to align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Manage and create communication plans for social channels, company-wide emails, and the intranet.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver the CEO-led communication plan, including CEO Town Halls, presentations, videos, and other innovative communication methods.
  • Liaise with People Experience on global internal communications and provide tactical support for annual company conferences and other global programs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in communications, preferably in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Excellent verbal, writing, editing, and proof-reading skills, with the ability to story-tell and deliver to a global business.
  • Prior experience of managing communication channels, including intranet, email, and weekly newsletters.
  • Understanding of communications practices and trends, and how they influence audiences.
