Job Description

Eutelsat Communications SA is seeking a skilled Global Connectivity Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the Delivery and Transformation team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring the successful implementation of changes across the organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling efficient and effective implementation of changes, minimizing risks, and ensuring that stakeholders are prepared and engaged. This includes preparing release documentation, knowledge articles, learning pathways, and training videos across all Digital Products.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with business, operational, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of releases.
  • Develop and maintain business readiness content, including release documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials.
  • Analyze and report on business readiness and adapt change initiatives accordingly.
  • Support Distribution Partner training as required.
  • Optimize the usability of all business readiness content and standardize delivery processes across the business.

Requirements

  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills to support all business readiness activities.
  • Strong understanding of network and connectivity technologies.
