Learning Administrator

The Learning Administrator is a key role within GP Strategies, responsible for maintaining an up-to-date database of dealership employees and managing training logistics. This includes sending invitations to training sessions, tracking registrations and RSVPs, and scheduling meeting rooms for online training.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct a census of the dealer network and maintain an accurate database of dealer employees.
- Coordinate training sessions, including invitations, registrations, and room scheduling.
- Support instructors and the client's training department in all online training activities.
- Manage the training schedule, monitor compliance with established deadlines, and evaluate processes for improvement.
- Provide final reports on each training session within 5 calendar days of the training taking place.
- Issue training certificates of attendance and send to participants.
- Manage training documentation, including contracting third-party services and necessary materials.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks and activities effectively.
- Previous experience in training administration, training logistics, or training administrative support.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including text editing programs, spreadsheets, presentations, and other software for managing documents and files.
- Advanced or intermediate English language skills.
