Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to provide administrative support to our Sales Team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing customer orders, and maintaining accurate sales and customer records.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer records
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including data entry and reporting
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
Requirements
- Administrative and data entry experience
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment
- IT competency (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Motivation and ability to learn tasks quickly and work as part of a team
