About the Role

Citrus Recruit is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our fleet management client's team based just outside of Solihull. As a key member of our sales and customer services team, you will play a crucial role in driving business forward and delivering exceptional customer service to both businesses and consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by following up on enquiries and warm leads, taking a consultative approach to understand customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Maintain excellent customer service levels at all times, supporting customers with finance applications and working collaboratively with the sales and customer services team to meet client needs.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer requirements and provide solutions, taking them through the sales process.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales environment with direct customer contact, demonstrating proven sales and service results.
  • High degree of self-motivation and a hard-working approach to achieving sales targets, with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working towards targets and an understanding of KPIs, with excellent administrative skills and the ability to use Microsoft and other software/ portals.
What We Offer
  • Salary of up to £26,000, with the opportunity to earn an additional £18,000 in bonus per year.
  • Hybrid working opportunity after probation, with 25 days + BH, 2 wellness days per year, and enhanced parental leave.
