Club Sales Director

We're seeking an experienced Sales Membership Manager to join our team and contribute to our business growth and development.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading the Experience Team to deliver exceptional service and meet sales targets.
- Managing membership administration, including accuracy and GDPR compliance.
- Driving sales growth and meeting daily budgets, including volume, revenue, and sales mix targets.
- Monitoring and tracking membership results and activity levels on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including 30 days' annual leave, access to The People's Pension, and complimentary Virgin Active membership.
