Structures Specialist

We are currently seeking a Structures Specialist to join our team in the Northamptonshire area. As a key member of the project team, you will assist with the preparation and management of construction projects, ensuring they meet contractual requirements and adhere to safety, health, environment, and quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Kick-off meetings and pre-commencement documentation
- Liaising with the Agent and Section Foreman to allocate resources and manage site operations
You will also be responsible for:
- Producing programmes and progress reports
- Managing site measurement, material reconciliations, and cost control
The ideal candidate will possess an HNC/Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering, with experience in engineering activities and construction supervision. Strong team skills and good communication abilities are essential.
This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
