HR Generalist Specialist

At GXO Logistics, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist Specialist to join our team. As an HR Generalist Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all personnel-related data is accurate and up-to-date, and that all personnel files contain the relevant information required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of personnel-related data in line with retention guidance.
- Work closely with peers and colleagues across People Services to oversee and provide appropriate compliance and governance structure to service improvements identifying risks, issues, and consistency.
- Maintain and validate data in HR System, including new hires/terminations, transfers, salary/wage changes, benefit deductions/changes, and work locations.
Requirements:
- Experience in an HR-related role, if you are working towards CIPD Qualification this would be an added bonus.
- A minimum of 1 year in a shared service environment for a large, complex organisation.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, GDPR, and contractual law is essential.
- Able to work at pace and demonstrate flexibility, you'll be working in an environment with frequent interruptions, changing tasks and priorities.
