As a Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in advising the business on a full range of contracting issues, including procurement, research partnerships, and business development/marketing arrangements.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing and drafting general commercial contracts, supporting the business with key areas of statutory compliance, and conducting training sessions on compliance issues. You will also work closely with the European legal team to identify and support issues of regional importance.

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in commercial law and contracts, with excellent knowledge of related areas such as anti-bribery, modern slavery, data protection, and export control. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
