Job Title: Claims Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Claims Operations Manager to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing a high-performance culture within your team through clear direction, coaching, and support. You will also be accountable for the overall outcomes of the department, driving efficiencies, and leading a team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a contact centre or operational environment.
  • Strong operational skills and passion for delivering results through colleagues.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to set a vision for growth and improvement.
  • Any claims experience is a bonus, but not essential for the right candidate.
