Job DescriptionThis accelerated training programme is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to lead and inspire teams within one of our £multi-million restaurants. You will gain hands-on experience working in various areas of the restaurant, including kitchens, service areas, customer areas, and drive-thru.
You will be responsible for analysing trends inside and outside of the restaurants that can impact the business, and working with the wider management team to implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.

We offer a competitive salary of around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes holiday pay, Service Awards, Enrolment in Pension scheme, Private Health care package, Meal allowance, Employee discounts from top high street and online brands, and much more.
