About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled SEN/Mental Health Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Specialist School in Salisbury. As a successful candidate, you will provide high-quality support to children and teenagers with complex educational needs, promoting their academic and emotional well-being.

Your responsibilities will include providing one-to-one and small group support, developing interpersonal and social skills, and encouraging positive decision-making and coping strategies. You will work closely with external professionals, including educational psychologists, counsellors, and speech therapists.

The estimated salary for this position is £80-£90 per day, depending on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm. This is a great opportunity for graduates interested in Psychology or Criminology.
