Administrative Support Specialist - Radiology

At Nuffield Health, we're seeking a skilled and customer-focused administrator to join our Radiology department at The Manor Hospital. As an Administrator in Radiology, you'll provide knowledgeable administrative and practical support to nursing and clinical staff, using empathy and customer service skills to build relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, appraise, and interpret data, information, and/or situations.
  • Handle all inquiries or queries raised efficiently and effectively, escalating appropriately where necessary.
  • Ensure all data/information is entered, modified, maintained, and presented accurately and efficiently using the appropriate electronic or manual system and format.
  • Provide a customer-oriented information service for patients, visitors, consultants, and staff.
  • Participate in departmental strategies that reflect Nuffield Health brand, the Nuffield Health way of caring, goals, and objectives.
