Primary Tutor

Fleet Education Services is seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Tutor to join our team. As a Primary Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting learners who require additional academic support. Your expertise and enthusiasm will help learners to build their confidence and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Create engaging lesson plans and deliver tuition that meets the needs of individual learners.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with learners' guardians/teachers to ensure their academic success.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and learner performance through our virtual learning platform.
- Must hold a Bachelor's level degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 6 months UK teaching/tutoring experience.
- Must live and be eligible to work in the UK.
- Must be willing to undertake a full Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and referencing process, as well as subscribing to the DBS Update Service.
- A commitment to safeguarding.
- Experience supporting students with SEN, SEMH and other complex needs.
- Competitive weekly remuneration through PAYE.
