Primary Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Tutor to join our team at Fleet Education Services. As a Primary Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting learners who require dedicated, in-person support to achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality tuition to learners in their own homes or schools, focusing on Maths, English, or Science.
- Monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with guardians/teachers to ensure academic success.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to individual learner needs.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and learner performance through our virtual learning platform.
- Hold a Bachelor's level degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 6 months UK teaching/tutoring experience.
- Live and be eligible to work in the UK.
- Commit to safeguarding and undergo a full Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and referencing process.
- Experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and other complex requirements.
