Primary Tutor

Fleet Tutors is seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Tutor to join our team of experienced educators. As a Primary Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting learners who require additional support to meet their academic potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality tuition to learners in a one-to-one or small group setting.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each learner.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with learners' guardians/teachers to ensure their academic success.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and learner performance through our virtual learning platform.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's level degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 6 months UK teaching/tutoring experience.
- Live and be eligible to work in the UK.
- Willing to undertake a full Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and referencing process, as well as subscribing to the DBS Update Service.
- Commitment to safeguarding.
- Experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and other complex requirements.
