We are seeking an experienced Billing Administrator to join our team on a full-time ongoing temporary basis.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, previous customer service/call handling experience, and an understanding of the billings/invoicing process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing and generating invoices, credit memos, and other billing-related documents.
  • Preparing and sending invoices to clients.
  • Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients regarding billing inquiries, payment status, and any outstanding balances.
  • Recording and processing client payments.
  • Maintaining organized and up-to-date billing records, documentation, and reports.
  • Generating reports on billing activities.

A competitive salary is offered for this role, ranging between £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
