Key Responsibilities- Provide emotional support and guidance to young people, helping them to develop life skills and independence.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and maintaining the house, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Support young people in achieving their goals, whether it's education, employment, or personal development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
- Participate in regular supervision sessions and contribute to the development of the team.
- Experience working with young people, preferably in a supported living or residential setting.
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures, including the 1989 Children's Act and National Minimum Standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
