English Lecturer Role

We are seeking a skilled English Lecturer to join our team at Yeovil College, delivering innovative curriculum strategies aligned with our goals. The ideal candidate will have experience of teaching GCSE and/or Functional Skills English, a relevant teaching qualification, and a passion for teaching and learning.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students studying GCSE and Functional Skills English.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum strategies that meet the needs of our students.
  • Support student success by providing guidance and feedback, and fostering strong relationships within our community.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and will be eligible for a generous pension scheme with employer contributions of 28.68%.
