Job Summary

H&J Martin Construction, a leading building contractor, is seeking a skilled Residential Foreman to join their team. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, monitoring and maintaining accurate records.
  • Implement and monitor health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance by the onsite team.
  • Deliver high-quality results from conception to completion, meeting client expectations.
  • Plan and coordinate daily works through lookahead programs with the Site Manager.
  • Conduct quality monitoring, inspections, and non-conformance reporting.
  • Directly supervise site labor, subcontract trades, and drive work to completion.
  • Maintain accurate and relevant site records.
  • Provide regular progress reports to management.
  • Review trade RAMS with other team members.
  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proactively address problems and complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Foreman on a residential project.
  • Trade background with a strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to assume responsibilities in line with project requirements.
  • CSR/CSCS Qualification or equivalent.
  • SMSTS.
  • Qualified First Aider.
  • Full valid driving license.
