Residential Construction Manager

H&J Martin Construction, a leading building contractor, is seeking a skilled Residential Foreman to join their team. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of residential projects.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, monitoring and maintaining accurate records.
- Implement and monitor health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance by the onsite team.
- Deliver high-quality results from conception to completion, meeting customer expectations.
- Plan and coordinate daily works through lookahead programs with the Site Manager.
- Conduct quality monitoring, inspections, and non-conformance reporting.
- Directly supervise site labor, subcontract trades, and drive work to completion.
- Maintain accurate and relevant site records.
- Provide regular progress reports to management.
- Review trade RAMS in conjunction with other team members.
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Proactively address problems and complete tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience as a Foreman on a residential project.
- Trade background with a strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to assume responsibilities in line with project requirements.
- CSR/CSCS Qualification or equivalent.
- SMSTS.
- Qualified First Aider.
- Full valid driving license.
