About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client, a well-established construction company in Northern Ireland. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations on site, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate site activities, including daily briefings and progress meetings
  • Supervise and mentor a team of site staff, including subcontractors and laborers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Monitor and control site costs, including materials and labor
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success
Requirements
  • Valid CSR Site Supervisor Card, CSCS, or SMSTS training certificate
  • Proven experience in construction management, preferably in residential construction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work on a temporary basis, with potential for permanent employment
