About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client, a well-established construction company in Northern Ireland, on their latest project.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations on site, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering daily briefings and keeping the project on track
  • Applying your technical expertise and ability where necessary
  • Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed
  • Ordering materials and supervising subcontractors
  • Managing client deadlines and budget

The ideal candidate will have a valid CSR Site Supervisor Card, CSCS, or SMSTS training certificate and be immediately available or on a shortened notice period.

This is an initial temporary role, with the potential for permanent employment upon successful completion of the initial contract.
