This role is part of our team working with at-risk youth, requiring exceptional communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, social workers, and other professionals.

Our Therapeutic Program Specialist will design and implement personalized educational and therapeutic plans for students, fostering a supportive learning environment that promotes emotional growth and academic success. This specialist will work closely with local schools, community organizations, and healthcare providers to enhance student outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, or a related field and minimum 2 years of experience working with at-risk youth in a therapeutic setting.
