Job Title: Therapeutic Program Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Therapeutic Program Specialist to join our team at Heartwood House, a leading education charity in North West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized educational and therapeutic plans for students, fostering a supportive learning environment that promotes emotional growth and academic success.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience working with at-risk youth in a therapeutic setting. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive educational and therapeutic plans for students
  • Foster a supportive learning environment that promotes emotional growth and academic success
  • Collaborate with teachers, social workers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive support system for students
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local schools, community organizations, and healthcare providers to enhance student outcomes
