We are Academics Ltd, a leading provider of education services, seeking a highly skilled Support Teacher for Children with Needs to join our team. As a Support Teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring that students with special educational needs receive the highest quality support and guidance.
Your Key Responsibilities
- To provide high-quality support to children with special educational needs, including developing and implementing individualized learning plans.
- To work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to ensure that students with special needs receive tailored support and guidance.
- To contribute to the development and implementation of whole-school policies and procedures related to special educational needs.
Our Requirements
- Experience of working with children with special educational needs, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and complex medical needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, parents, and students.
- A commitment to promoting the inclusion and well-being of all students, particularly those with special educational needs.
