Experienced Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated teaching assistant to join our team at our Sheerness school. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special educational needs and be able to provide high-quality support to our students.
The role involves assisting teachers in delivering lessons, developing and implementing learning plans, and maintaining accurate records of student progress. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student success.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with special educational needs in a variety of settings
- Developing and implementing tailored learning plans to meet individual student needs
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and development
- Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student success
Requirements:
- Qualifications in special educational needs or related field
- Experience working with children with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
