About the Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our workforce planning team at the University of Oxford.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collating and managing data, creating dashboards, and performing comprehensive workforce analysis.

They will also assist pilot participants in identifying, collating, cleansing, and analysing data, as well as managing pilot logistics and communications.

Serving as a key liaison point for pilot participants, they will provide administrative support to ensure smooth project coordination.

We offer a competitive salary range of £38,674 - £46,913 per annum (Grade 7) and a hybrid work arrangement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical thinking, innovation, and problem-solving.

They will also have demonstrated experience in workforce analysis and effective organisational and time management skills.
