The Role

You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction in the Alps region. This will involve working closely with our Channel team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and accurately forecast business performance.
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote awareness of our comprehensive solution portfolio.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Coordinate multiple resources within an account to drive sales and customer success.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues, working collaboratively with the Proofpoint team to deliver timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our competitive positioning in the market and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Convert add-on opportunities into sales and ensure transactions are processed in accordance with company policy.
  • Work closely with the Renewal team to demonstrate alignment within customer accounts.
  • Ability to work with channel partners and existing relationships is advantageous.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Enterprise software sales experience within the Alps market.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity market is highly advantageous.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Previous experience of working in a channel fulfillment model.
  • Ability to present and address technical themes with support from a Sales Engineer.
  • Proven track record of achieving against quota and accurate forecasting.
  • Ability to track, organize, and close multiple pending opportunities.
  • Dedicated to customer success and familiar with using CRM and/or relational databases to manage sales activity.
  • Fluent in verbal and written German and English.
