Job Title: Construction Project Lead

Location: Dunfermline, United Kingdom

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to oversee our construction projects in Dunfermline. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Oversee subcontractors and site staff to guarantee project deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Handle any issues that arise on-site and implement solutions quickly.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to project specifications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Lead in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields.
  • CSCS card and SMSTS certificate are preferred.
