Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced UK Construction Site Supervisor to lead our construction projects in Dunfermline. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
About the Role:
- Supervise site activities, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site staff to guarantee project deadlines are met.
- Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields.
- CSCS card and SMSTS certificate are preferred.
