Dunfermline Site Manager Role

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum
This role involves overseeing construction projects in Dunfermline, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, overseeing subcontractors, and liaising with project stakeholders.
About the Role:
- Manage the overall direction and coordination of site activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and engineers.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring projects are completed within budget.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Lead and motivate site staff to achieve project goals.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields.
- CSCS card and SMSTS certificate are preferred.
