Job Description:

  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and support
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for residents and staff

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working in care settings, preferably in the last 3 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly, including early, late, or night shifts
